Leadership & Community Partners

SIPAG is guided by individuals committed to conservation, cultural respect, and inclusive development.

Ms. Betty Fielder, President of SIPAG

President

Ms. Betty Fielder

Ms. Betty Fielder leads SIPAG in advancing conservation and sustainable development initiatives in partnership with the Ayta Magbukun community. Her leadership promotes collaboration among indigenous communities, government institutions, and private sector partners to ensure responsible and inclusive growth.

Indigenous Community Partnership

SIPAG does not speak for the Ayta Magbukun; we work in partnership with the community. Major decisions affecting programs and use of resources are made with the consent and guidance of the community, including through their Council of Elders and recognized leadership. Our role is to support, facilitate, and steward resources in line with community priorities and free, prior, and informed consent.

We work in partnership with the community—not for them.
